Euro Vienna Lager: auburn colored lager, mix of sweet and roasted malt flavor with clean finish. Euro Dunkel: brown lager with roasty chocolatey malt flavor with clean finish. Doppelbock: brown German lager, high in alcohol, roasty malt flavor with fruity clean finish. Brown Ale: brown colored ale with sweet and chocolatey malt character with differing amount of hop flavor. Porter: a robust version of a brown ale. Irish Dry Stout: a black ale with low alcohol and roasted flavor and bitterness with a dry finish. Oatmeal Stout: a brown ale, more robust than the porter with smooth oatmeal finish.
