Beerfest-36x48 Low ResStout Burgers and Beers presents Beer Fest for Beer Geeks. Stout will play host to this amazing beerfest located at their Studio City location. There will be 18 hand selected breweries that will be pouring 2+ beers per brewery. All the beers will either be barrel aged, sours, or unique one-offs. These beers will never be seen again or very hard to get, so don’t miss out!

​Wild & Funky #1 & #2 5% – A Sour Beer consisting of 3 separate
fermentations: 1 part wild, 1 part funky, and 1 part young beer. The
wild is a product of mixed fermentation with lactic acid bacteria, a
Brett yeast from an original Porter, & Champagne yeast. The funky is created from a mixed fermentation with lactic acid bacteria, their own cultivated Brett yeasts, & a white wine yeast. The young beer is
brewed with the BOM yeast and with the special BOM A & special BOM B malts. One of the exclusive ingredients of the Wild & Funky is the Poiret Apple & Pear syrup from Siroperie Meurens. This syrup delivers a pleasurable apple sourness after fermentation.
